Jefferson County Public Schools is seeking a waiver from the Kentucky Department of Education to omit the K-PREP test scores of ELLs scoring below a 4.0 on the ACCESS test on schools' accountability measures. Instead of being attributed to individual schools, ELLs' K-PREP scores would only be reflected on the district report card. Read more here.
